Our coaches will not simply put you through a workout -- they take time upfront to discuss your health, your goals, and your expectations. Then they create a custom training plan with your input that will be safe and effective for you.

Lane's Fitness is a judgement-free zone, so no matter what your body or your fitness level is currently, we meet you where you're at and with workouts that you will be excited about. Our coaches will also give you "homework" on the days you aren't training with them, and they will hold you accountable to show up and do your best.

Designed for beginners or those who want to see if our coaching is a good match, this package includes:

After this initial package, you will get a feel for what we can do for you, and then you can choose to extend your training with a longer-term set of coaching sessions
